At Direct Pet Supplies Perth we are committed to offering the best prices everyday! As you can see our prices are already amazingly low, but if you find a better regular price online or instore we will match it!

Are there any conditions to what you will price match?

• The store must be Western Australian based
• The price must be the store's regular price (specials, clearances, liquidations and ebay are excluded)
• Price match is inclusive of shipping (Total cart value delivered to your door)
• We reserve the right to refrain from price matching if this would result in a sale below cost.

How do I ask for a price match?

Simply text 0400660636 (the quickest method) or email info@directpetsuppliesperth.com.au with the product details, store & location or website, and prices including shipping. Once confirmed an adjusted price will be sent back to you and you can place your order with confidence it will be the cheapest.

How will I receive my discount?

The price difference will be refunded through PayPal or adjusted prior to paying via bank transfer.
