Products that are faulty, damaged* or not as described are acceptable for return. All returned items must be in unopened, original resaleable condition for a refund or credit to be given.
As per Australian Consumer Law if there is a major fault/defect with your purchase a full refund will be provided including shipping costs.

SHIPPING for returns?
As we are supplier direct this is usually advantageous for the rare chance you may have to return a product. There is no restocking fee, although you will have to pay for the return freight.
CREDIT for returns?
All returned items will be given credit to use on the website. No restocking fee will ever apply to returns.
